In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and clarify the responsibilities of the factory for the products, in accordance with related laws and management regulations. Formulate the following “Regulations on Claims （Tire Warranty）for Defective Products”.
Any claim settlement in our factory must be carried out in accordance with this regulation and provided relevant evidence, and then the engineering and technical engineer of our factory will conduct a review. Our factory has the final right to determine tire quality product defects. If there is any objection to the final judgment of the factory, it can be resolved through legal channels and procedures in accordance with the law.
Con el fin de proteger los derechos e intereses legítimos de los consumidores y aclarar las responsabilidades de la fábrica para los productos, de conformidad con las leyes y reglamentos de gestión relacionados. Formule el siguiente “Reglamento sobre reclamaciones por productos defectuosos”.
Cualquier liquidación de reclamos en nuestra fábrica debe llevarse a cabo de acuerdo con este reglamento y proporcionar evidencia relevante, y luego el ingeniero técnico y de ingeniería de nuestra fábrica realizará una revisión. First: THE CONDITON UNDER PORLANDER TRUCK TIRE WARRANTY

3. Tire Warranty Claim Quantity
Cantidad de compensación
The amount of tire compensation that belongs to the tire quality problem shall not exceed of the order quantity based on same pattern and size.
Para los neumáticos que pertenecen a problemas de calidad, el monto de la compensación no deberá exceder el de la cantidad de compra del mismo diseño,

Third: This tire warranty does not cover irregular wear or damage of the tire caused by the following reasons

▶Road rishs (including perforations, cuts, tears, impact breaks, etc.)；

Regarding defective tires, the importer/agent needs to provide and fill form and provide it to the factory as below:

In addition to providing the above-mentioned forms and documents, the agent also needs to provide relevant evidence in two ways: photos and videos so that the factory can judge whether it is a tyre quality problem.

- Photos:
The agent needs to provide detailed photos of each defective tire. If the photos do not meet the following requirements, the factory will reject the claim.

The first photo must have a clear view of the tires, including disease, brand name,size,tire series number, etc. For example:

The second photo must show a clearly visible tire number. If the tire number was unclear or incomplete, no claims will be made. For example:

The fourth and fifth photos should show the details of the diseased parts of the first photo. The diseased part round and inside areas. For example:

Remark: A clear picture of the disease is helpful for identification. If necessary, the tire must be inflated before taking pictures.

2. The video provided by the agent must include clear full picture of the tire, brand, tire number, remaining tread depth,the location of the disease, the periphery and the inside of the disease, if necessary, the tire must be inflated to obtain more powerful evidence.
El video proporcionado por el agente debe incluir una imagen clara y completa de la llanta, la marca, el número de llanta, la profundidad restante de la banda de rodadura, la ubicación de la enfermedad, la periferia y el interior de la enfermedad; si es necesario, la llanta debe estar inflada a obtener evidencia más poderosa.
- If the photos, videos and symptoms provided by the agent meet the requirements of the claim, the photos must be provided at the same time
▶The first complete picture of the tire number.
▶A photo without first three letters or numbers of the tire number.
▶ Only meet the above two requirements can be dealt with relevant procedures.
