The authorized dealer operates in a central Cambodian province, serving dump truck owners, concrete mixer fleets, and individual logistics operators. These vehicles are primarily engaged in two core activities: rural construction material transport and urban-to-rural goods distribution.
B. Operating Environment and Existing Issues
Cambodia’s transport network includes paved highways, gravel roads, and unpaved construction access roads. Local tropical temperatures frequently exceed 35°C, and moderate vehicle overloading is common practice. Fleet owners previously used economy tires and experienced issues including rapid tread wear, sidewall cuts from sharp rocks, and heat-induced blowouts. VI. Future Plans

On-site promotions will be conducted along major transport routes and at construction sites, targeting dump truck and concrete mixer drivers.
