I. Exhibition Overview
The 140th Canton Fair was held from October 15 to 19, 2026, at the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou. Forlander tire exhibited at Booth 11.3E27. As one of the world’s largest comprehensive trade platforms, this Canton fair exhibition attracted a large number of global professional buyers across truck and bus radial tires, passenger car tires, light-truck tires and off-road tire categories. During the five-day show, the Forlander team connected with over 180 professional buyers from Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Russia and Eastern Europe.
In-depth discussions were held with distributors, fleet operators and importers from the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Pakistan, Iran, Nigeria, Brazil and Kazakhstan, covering distribution partnerships, fleet tender projects and custom-spec tire solutions. As a China tire manufacturer, Forlander used the Guangzhou Canton fair to strengthen its global distributor network.

III. Customer Feedback
Southeast Asia: Buyers from the Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam showed strong interest in FR969 highway steer tires, ECOLAND VANI light-truck tires and FR967 regional haul tires. Local fleet managers pay close attention to total operating cost and wear resistance for expressway and suburban routes.
South Asia: Pakistani importers focused on FD heavy-load off-road tires and ECOLAND M/T and ROADBREAKER A/T all-terrain tires for poor unpaved road networks.
Middle East & Africa: Customers from Iran and Nigeria prioritized super-heavy-duty mining tires (FD797, FD339) and FR818E all-position truck tires, emphasizing casing durability and cut resistance on rugged construction roads.
Russia & Eastern Europe: Distributors inquired about the combined winter-tire package of SW518D commercial drive-axle winter tires plus BLUESNOW 06 SUV winter tires, preparing for cold-season inventory replenishment.
Latin America: Brazilian partners continued to focus on the retreadable FR969, valuing multi-retread capability to lower long-term fleet expenditure.
IV. Market Insights
Buyer conversations confirmed four clear trends:
1. Axle- and climate-specific segmentation. Fleets increasingly match tires by steer, drive and trailer axle, and demand for professional winter packages is rising in cold regions. SW518D and FR969 fit this shift.
2. TCO over unit price. Retread-friendly casings and high load capacity are key. FR969’s infinitely wound casing and upgraded load performance appeal to buyers in Brazil, Southeast Asia and Latin America.
3. Dual demand. Emerging markets need super-heavy-load OTR mining tires for infrastructure, while e-commerce drives demand for light-truck and van tires for urban distribution; ECOLAND VANI and TRACVANI are gaining recognition.
4. One-stop winter solutions. Distributors prefer one brand covering both commercial-vehicle and passenger-car/SUV winter tires. Forlander’s SW518D + BLUESNOW 06 combo meets this need.
V. Results and Outlook
After the 140th Canton Fair, Forlander tire has interacted with over 180 professional global customers and locked in preliminary cooperation intentions with multiple new distributors across Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. The fair verified solid market demand for core lines including FR969, SW518D, BLUESNOW 06, the ECOLAND series and FD heavy-duty off-road tires.
Moving forward, Forlander will continue optimizing its product matrix for regional road and climate features, delivering reliable, durable and cost-effective tire solutions to partners worldwide.
